Research shows that Yoga in the workplace boosts morale and productivity and helps build resilience. It reduces back pain associated with long working hours and it boosts feelings of happiness and reinforces a sense of connection. My Corporate/Group packages are tailored around the specific needs of your team. You chart the course and I will steer the way.
DURATION:
Corporate Classes may be between 60-90 minutes long and are suitable for 5 or more participants.
