All live classes are currently online Yoga Flow Classes. Join our community on Zoom using your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. 

Link into the Spotify playlist I provide if you choose and play it as loudly as you like. Bring a mat and some playful curiosity.

Recorded Classes

Classes are between 30 -60 minutes long
Level: I-III Depending

Come Flow with me anytime that suits you.
All recorded classes are Yoga Flow Classes. This recorded class will be available to you to use as many times as you like for 7 days.

You will need a Yoga mat and some playful curiosity.

Private Classes

Via Zoom
Classes are 75 minutes long

These are currently online for a little while longer. Private classes are a great opportunity for us to meet and for you to build your personal practice.

These might suit you if you are completely new to Yoga, if you are looking for some specific guidance, or if you just prefer to practice in private.  Suitable for 1-2 participants. If you prefer something more specialized then maybe a Clinical Yoga session might be suitable. Please connect with me if you would like to find out more.

Workshops & Events

Workshops offer a perfect opportunity to explore and dig in a little deeper. We come together as a community and connect to ourselves and our practice.

Each workshop is individually crafted around a specific theme and these vary throughout the year. If you are looking for something specific please let me know. I am always happy to hear from students and to find out more about what you need.

Corporate & Group Packages

Classes are 60-90 minutes long

Having spent over 10 years working in corporate Ireland I understand the challenges that exist in trying to create a work-life balance and to make time for physical activity outside of work. I also understand how essential it is to regularly create space in order to protect physical and mental wellbeing. Research shows that Yoga in the workplace boosts morale and productivity and helps build resilience. It reduces back pain associated with long working hours and it boosts feelings of happiness and reinforces a sense of connection.

My Corporate/Group packages are tailored around the specific needs of your team. You chart the course and I will steer the way. 

These may be available online or onsite. Corporate Classes may be between 60-90 minutes long and are suitable for 5 or more participants. Please feel free to get in touch and let me know how I can support your team.
